Winnebago Moves to Up Motorhome Production

The sale of the Winnebago Industries Inc.'s bus line and elimination of the aluminum extrusion division will result in about 70 employees available to work on motorhome production, officials said today during a conference call following its fourth quarter earnings report. The moves will allow the company "to better utilize the labor for motorhome production," said Sarah Nielsen, CFO for the Forest City, Iowa-based builder.
