Beylka Krupp and Rich Foshay, owners of Wobble Cafe in Ossining, are donating $10,000 to the new Westchester Children's Museum set to open in May. Krupp won the $40,000 grand prize in General Mills' Neighborhood to Nation Recipe Contest. OSSINING, N.Y.
