(Telecompaper) Chinese equipment maker ZTE has unveiled the Grand S, an LTE quad-core smartphone. The introduction of the ZTE Grand S completes the new Grand series, which also includes the Grand Era and Grand X. The Grand X series is for consumers with a passion for high-tech; the Grand Era is for the advanced smartphone user, and the ZTE Grand S is the flagship handset. The Grand S runs on Android Jelly Bean, features a 13-megapixel camera, 5-inch HD screen and Dolby Digital surround sound, and comes with Palm Manager to protect private information. The ZTE Grand S will be available for online purchase in China first in Q1.
