El Paso County's new car market didn't lose much momentum in February, increasing for the third consecutive month from a year earlier and the fourth time in the past five months. County residents registered 1,834 new vehicles in February, up 10.4 percent from February 2015, according to a report released Tuesday by the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder's Office.
