IP Converting Riegelwood Mill to Fluff/Softwood Pulp - This morning, International Paper announced it was investing $135 million at its bleached board mill in Riegelwood, NC to convert from making 350,000 tons of bleached board to 400,000 tons of fluff/softwood market pulp. The project is to ramp up in mid-2016.
