Although Landstar Systems Inc. stayed upbeat during their recent fourth quarter conference call with investors, some analysts have slightly lowered 2015 expectations as a potential slump threatens the company's first quarter. "Despite a strong 2014 full year and finish, the stock has been weak as investors have expected deteriorating flatbed and industrial trends to surface, especially in light of the plunge in oil prices," BB&T Capital Markets analysts wrote in a recent research note.
