Analyst, Ariba Solutions Operations Romania Bucharest You are supporting the development design, UAT, implementation, golive and overall operations of SAP Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Contract Management, Ariba Buying Commerce Automation, Supplier Enablement, Ariba Network and Ariba SLP, during the entire IT solution lifecycle. You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize usability of the tool SAP Ariba, Implementation partners, Purchase Requisition creators and approvers, Suppliers, Catalog providers, Category managers, Vendors for Ariba Buying Commerce Automation Ariba SLP, Ariba Network SAP Ariba, Implementation partners, Procurement and project managers, Prospects, Bidders, Contracting parties, Legal counsels for Ariba Sourcing Ariba Contract Management You support the development and maintenance of sourcing and buying content, working with category managers to enrich sourcing and buying library with relevant templates, processes RFI, RFQ, RFPs You collaborate with Legal team in the use of SAP Ariba Contract Management. You support the development of ecatalog and forms content, working with category managers to enrich Guided Buying interface with templates for requisition sourcing forms, static punchout catalog initiatives. You also collaborate with VMP team in the onboarding of suppliers via SAP Ariba SLP, and the wellfunctioning of SAP Ariba Network to exchange documents with suppliers. Primary Responsibilities Key Result Areas Sourcing Lead the generation of sourcing library content, in collaboration with category managersspecialists. Enrich library content for the facilitation of future sourcing events, and materialization of best eSourcing practices. Coordinate the formulation of sourcing event processes within SAP Ariba RFI, RPQ, RFP in response to the business need specific to procurement categories Professional services, IT, Terminal Equipment, etc.. First level support for the successful transmission of SES sourcing requirements to potential business partners within SAP Ariba. Contract Management First level support in the successful conclusion of contracting tasks within SAP Ariba. Monitor troubleshoot contracting tasks, including contract initiation, authoring, negotiation, approval, execution, monitoringrepository renewal. Ariba Sourcing Contract Management continuous improvement Monitor the usage of Ariba sourcing and contract management pieces. Collect analyse stakeholders feedback on the usage of the tool. Transmit identified needs to procurement GPO and coordinate the formulation of Service and Change requests with SAP Ariba. Follow up and support the successful implementation of those requests. PR to PO Support to SES users Supporting SES requesters in the formulation realization of Purchase Requisitions. Coordinating the usage of SES procurement taxonomy. Monitoring its usage, coordinating change requests and related tests before replication in production. Monitoring the successful Purchase Requisition flow, from VMP validation to final approver. Catalog forms Management Lead the generation of forms content within Ariba Buying, based on best procurement practices and in collaboration with category managers, offer users with templates for Requisition quotes. Sourcing quotes TBD. Lead the generation of catalog content within Ariba Buying, based on the collection of users need and category managers insights. Develop static catalog content based on prenegotiated pricelists. Support the development of Punchout Spot Buy catalog in collaboration with project team SES, SAP Ariba, Supplier. Ariba Network Supplier Transactions Management First level support for the successful transmission of Purchase Orders to SES suppliers. Monitoring of document exchanges between Ariba Buying, Ariba Network and SAP backend including purchase orders and suppliers invoices. Ariba Buying SLP continuous improvement Monitor the usage of Ariba procurement and supplier management pieces. Collect analyse stakeholders feedback on the usage of the tool. Transmit identified needs to procurement GPO and coordinate the formulation of Service and Change requests with SAP Ariba. Follow up and support the successful implementation of those requests. Competencies Knowledge Sourcing strategies, international business practices, supply chain processes, SAP Sourcetopay processes, vendor management. Excellent planning, structuredthinking and problemsolving skills. Able to independently prioritize tasks, multitask and meet deadlines. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships. Motivates VMP category managers and specialists in the implementation of best in class sourcing practices, supported by eProcurement and efficient data management. Excellent written, verbal listening communication skills. Proactive solution oriented and customer focused approach. Qualification Experience Education Required Bachelor degree in IT, Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance. Experience Minimum of 2 years in VMPSupply Chain roles, or similar. Preferred working experience Minimum 6 years working in an international and multicultural environment, in domains of vendor management, procurement, procurement automation and business reporting. Other Key Requirements Comments Languages Fluent in English, oral and written. Working knowledge of SAP S2P processes. Knowledge of SAP Ariba solution. Proficiency in MS Excel. Whats in it for you? Real Time Junior Analyst, MEO Spacecraft Operations United States Manassas, Virginia Your Job The Real Time Analyst, MEO Spacecraft Operations, is an invaluable contributor to the spacecraft operations mission via three primary role. First, they help monitor, manage, and control the SES MEO satellite constellation. They also ensure the US MEO Backup Satellite Operations Center bSOC is fully operational and ready to take over mission operations at a moments notice. Lastly, they lead efforts to investigate, coordinate, manage and resolve spacecraft, ground system and network issues or requests by working closely with the MEO Network Operations Center NOC, Spacecraft and Payload Engineers and other stakeholders. Your Responsibilities Role 1 Perform MEO Satellite Operations Operates spacecraft in accordance with approved procedures and the daily operations plan Continuously monitors spacecraft telemetry and alarm status Responds to spacecraft and ground anomalies, identifies possible causes, determines risk and possible corrective actions, implements solutions and escalates the problem if necessary Proactively and autonomously works to improve satellite operations safety and efficiency Achieves and maintains the high possible levels of performance and knowledgecompetency Supports a diverse, worldwide network of operational and technical resources and helps ensure their continued availability Accurately reports facts by opening spacecraft and ground system anomaly reports and maintaining the Satellite Ops logbook in a concise and accurate manner Performs indepth analysis and trending of various ground and spacecraft system telemetry Is a key liaison between Management, Spacecraft Engineering, NOC and spacecraft controllers Role 2 Ensure MEO Control Center is Fully Operational Ensures US MEO bSOC ops requirements are promptly and continuously satisfied Provides Level 2 anomaly and recovery assistance for all spacecraft, antenna, ground system, network, and SOC Ground Control System GCS issues Coordinates urgent SOCrelated troubleshooting and maintenance activities Develops spacecraft and ground commanding procedures and associated SA displays Helps MEO Software Engineering in create, update and sustain system tools, logs and scripts Generates pointofneed operational guidance and directives for SOC operations crews Creates, manages, and executes the MEO operations master schedule and related visualization dashboards Role 3 Coordinate with NOC, Payload Engineering and Other Stakeholders Is the primary liaison between the SOC, customers and various internal and external support organizations Uses approved operational concepts to allocate, configuredeconfigure, manage and share limited antennas and groundbased resources with fellow SES OM workcenters Shares their extensive satellite operations knowledgeinsights with the NOC to quickly fix ground system and network issues while coordinating, monitoring and recording actions taken Monitors customer data throughput and immediately initiates and supports troubleshooting by investigating spacecraftrelated issues andor performance shortfalls when problems are noted Your Profile The successful candidate should posses the following attributes A technicalengineering degree in electronics, aeronautics, aerospace engineering, math, or equivalent qualificationsdocumented experience Verifiable experiencecompetency in spacecraft operations preferably MEO or LEO, orbital mechanics, or satellite ground station ops and maintenance 3 years experience desired Documented experience as a missioncertified spacecraft controller would be highly advantageous!
