Main Responsibilities The postholder will focus on the below main responsibilities Set up of the protocols for EBM based on JRC and external publications. Management, traceability and data analysis of the exercise To generate a list of ARG genes, to be implemented, as indicator for the AMR in the EU monitoring program, the expert has to collect data and information from JRC and external publications as well from database sources e.g. European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control ECDC World Health Organisation WHO European Food Safety Authority EFSA, US Environmental Protection Agency EPA. Successful Candidate The successful Candidate will bring To perform the tasks described above we request a Business Analyst level 0 profile with he following expertise In depth knowledge of the SPSS software environment and programming language for statistical analy Experience with the followings software MAGELLAN v.7.1, SDS2.4, i.control 1.10, CellQuest, FlowJo, Revelation Quicklink, RQ manager 1.2.1 Furthermore, the capability of working in an internationalmulticultural environment, and the ability to participate in multilingual meetings is requested.
