Senior Financial Analyst, Techcom Ref SES0867 Region Europe Location Luxembourg Betzdorf Company SES Category Finance Accounting Position Staff Published 20160809 Context Support Techcoms Finance Team in all financial matters relating to the consolidated group of SES Techcom including but not limited to Redu Space Services and Redu Operation Services companies in Redu, Belgium. Responsibilities Support management and strategy by providing high quality financial reporting, planning and analysis Provide forecasts, budgets, business plans and investment cases Support commercial proposals and development activities with financial analysis and modelling Ensure the monthly reporting and the consolidation process in accordance with IFRS Work closely with the SES Finance team to ensure that accounting, invoicing, and cash collection relating to Techcom entities are carried out accurately and promptly. Contact point for Sales and external customers on topics related to cash collection or other financial questions. Enhance project controlling as well as reporting systems and processes for Techcom entities Ensure the Finance processes and quality standards are respected and contribute to their continuous improvement Liaise effectively with Techcom business partners across and outside SES Support other Finance projects as required Experience Qualifications Three to six years experience in a similar financial role Chartered Accountant, Finance degree or equivalent with proven financial management skills in a commercialindustrial environment Strong financial accounting background with proven financial planning skills Strong interest for modeling and for data analytics with excellent knowledge of Excel Fluency in written and spoken English required, other languages an asset Ability to interface effectively at all levels Knowledge of the telecommunication sector is an asset Strong business acumen and strategic awareness Strong process and financial systems skills Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to integrate into an international environment Readiness to travel as required less than 20 Our Offer Competitive salary package, coupled with a diverse array of challenges and development benefits.
