Software System Engineer with focus on Data Processing 1913043 Job Description We are looking for a Software System Engineer with focus on Data Processing to support our activities with our customer EUMETSAT. The selected engineer will be embedded in a team taking care of different data processing tools for all EUMETSATs missions, such as EPS, MSG, MTG, EPSSG, JasonCS or Sentinel3, and will contribute to the definition of new tools and the evolution of existing ones. These tools support monitoring analysis and reporting and consist of offline ground elements for long trend analysis, quality monitoring and reporting. In particular, the tasks to be performed are Contribute to the definition, design, implementation and maintenance of architectures for data processing ground segments and their components. Support the integration, verification and validation activities at EUMETSAT. Support the operations of existing data processing ground segments and their maintenance and evolution. Settingup and implementation of maintenance policies and procedures. Contribute to the procurement and installation of software, and the coordination with external providers of support services. Required Skills and Experience University degree in a relevant discipline. At a London cocktail trade show in London earlier this week, the Dead Man's Fingers stall was causing a bottleneck. Bartenders and other interested parties blocked the aisles to get a taste of the spiced rum brand's newest innovation, a hemp-flavoured spirit infused with CBD. The ingredient, mainly extracted from hemp but also present in cannabis, is already a big noise in the soft drinks scene. But, London's cocktail cognoscenti haven't seen anything like this before.
