U.S. marshals say a 48-year-old fugitive sought in Honolulu in a home contractor theft case has been arrested in Las Vegas. The marshal service identified Alexander Nebre as a "most wanted" fugitive in Hawaii, and said he was arrested Tuesday on felony warrants issued after he failed to appear for a Jan. 15 trial readiness hearing in Honolulu.
