O2's UK spectrum spend sees data speeds soar

Norwegian regulator postpones high-band spectrum auction due in November

(Telecompaper) Norwegian telecoms regulator Nkom said a review by the Ministry of Transport and Communication has caused it to postpone the auction for spectrum in the high 6 GHz, 8 GHz, low 10 GHz, high 10 GHz, 13 GHz, 18 GHz, 23 GHz, 28 GHz and 38 GHz frequency bands. It was due to take place on 19 November. Holders of relevant permits that expire on 31 December 2018 should apply by 12 October for extensions.
