Diese Stelle ist fr Werkstudenten in 15h20 Woche ausgeschrieben und vorerst auf 12 Monate befristet, das geplante Einstiegsdatum liegt im Juni 2021. Deine Aufgaben OnBoarding im engen Austausch mit dem zuknftigen Mitarbeiter sowie Untersttzung dessen bei zB Umzug, Behrdengngen, Anmeldungen, sonstigen administrativen Vorgngen und Einholen aller erforderlichen Unterlagen und Eingabe in die Personaldatenbank Ablage und Pflege der Personalakten elektronisch und Hardcopy Organisation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unseres Welcome Days fr die neuen Mitarbeiter Aktive Teilnahme an unseren HR Meetings Administrative Untersttzung der HR Business Partner bei der operativen Mitarbeiterbetreuung z.B. bei der Erstellung von Bescheinigungen Je nach Vorwissen und Interesse ggf. bernahme weiterer spezifischer HRThemen bzw.
