Metro and LADOT have added free Wi-Fi and a phone charging station to a bus stop in Downtown Los Angeles -- and could add these amenities to several other stations through Los Angeles County. The Spring Street shelter across from LA City Hall now has electronic signs that show both Metro and DASH real-time bus arrival times, a speaker that announces when the next bus will arrive, a Wi-Fi hot spot as well as a USB port for charging your phone.
