North Fremont and Kerby Sewer Repair Project: Project Design is Underway
2015-07-23 20:40:00| PortlandOnline
Environmental Services is starting design on a small project to repair a segment of severely deteriorated sewer pipe on N Fremont Street at N Kerby Avenue. The newly repaired pipe will better serve the surrounding neighborhood and reduce the risk of backups or leaks. Environmental Services works throughout the city to assess the condition of our underground infrastructure and identify pipes - such as those in this project - that are in need of repair.

Sellwood-Moreland Sewer Rehab Project Construction Update: July 15, 2015
2015-07-15 18:59:54| PortlandOnline
Several neighbors have asked about whether sewer construction will get in the way of upcoming community events, such as the Bridge Pedal, Passport to Sellwood, and the Tilikum Crossing Sunday Parkways event. We have coordinated with event planners, and studied the routes for these events. Barring construction emergencies, our crews will avoid scheduling work in locations that will interfere with these important community occasions.
