Supplied as pellets in 1,000 lb quantities, 8088N and 8088BL are general-purpose thermoplastic elastomers (TPEs) that pass FMVSS302 specifications for flammability and are capable of being overmolded onto PP. Shear dependent 8088N is Shore A 88, colorable TPE formulated for processing on thermoplastic equipment for injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding. As Shore A 90, black, lubricated TPE, 8088BL suits applications requiring impact resistance and reduced coefficient of friction.

Manufactured using drum style pelletizer, Pelletized Zinc Oxide comes in 6 grades, each formulated for specific applications. Pellet size and density can be precisely controlled to match individual needs. Pellets are freer flowing, accelerating processing time with less dusting versus powdered zinc oxide. Because of drum style production method with multiple screens, additional binding agents or pinch rollers are not required. Pellet form is preferred in rubber, tire, glass, and chemical markets.
