At the 5th White House Science Fair, Team Caribbean Splash from the U.S. Virgin Islands exhibited their rockets and discussed their participation in the Team America Rocketry Challenge with President Obama. Team was invited to join the White House's celebration of students from across the country that are engaged and excel in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Each year the Science Fair has a different theme and this year's focus was diversity and inclusion in STEM.

Thirty-four veterinary students from not just the U.S. but around the world now have the resources to enter the veterinary profession with a little less debt. Merck Animal Health announces the recipients of the Merck Animal Health Veterinary Student Scholarship Program, awarding $170,000 in scholarships through a partnership with the American Veterinary Medical Foundation (AVMF). The program recognizes outstanding second- and third-year students who are pursuing careers in large animal and companion animal medicine. read more
