Your tasks Provide regular Level 1 preventive and corrective maintenance on the Galileo elements this includes the whole hardware maintenance and nearly the whole preventive software maintenance. Part of the software corrective maintenance is also considered at L1 level. GCS UNCLA, GMS UNCLA, NET, xKMF Formally logging maintenance interventions raising and processing tickets in the Galileo ILS tool, following all the conventions and processes agreed Cooperate with the next level of maintenance L2, escalating incidents and supporting their resolution. Troubleshoot technical issues encountered by operators or found during the maintenance activities. as defined in SOW TASK C2 Contribution to develop and update the needed procedures for your activities. Review new technical documentation and test new system installations, raising any anomaly according to the required formal process. Manage user accounts according to the IT security guidelines. Participating to meetings, communicating with the costumer, the external service providers, and the industrial partners. Cooperate with CSF, SIO in the resolution of the security investigation. As part of the maintenance team providing 247 on call duties and regular office hour support on any business day. Your profile Knowledge of Microsoft and Linux operating systems, and you feel confident with the Linux command line. Knowledge of shell scripting is also needed, even if only at basic level. Willing to learn and work on maintenance activities in different areas, both for software and hardware. Your English is at business level, both written and spoken. Reliable and dependent and you can be trusted to independently carry out your work. Available to travel when it is required. Willing to provide oncall service.
