Housed in 8-lead and 16-lead SOIC packages, respectively, single channel MAP3511 and dual channel MAP3512 target TV LED backlight and LED lighting applications. Both devices feature average-mode current control, programmable constant off-time, up to 3 V analog dimming input, and direct PWM dimming input. Operating from input voltage range of 8.5–18 V, drivers also provide ±1% current sense voltage accuracy, fault output, and short circuit protection.
