Shoreline Receives Credit Facility Extension

Shoreline requested the extension in order to have adequate time to put in place a credit facility secured against its US assets.

The syndicate of banks is led by National Bank Financial and TD Securities.

Arsenal's banking syndicate increased its credit facility from C $85 to C $90 million effective immediately.

The new facility maintained the company's borrowing base at US $450 million post the planned divestiture of non-core Colorado natural gas assets.

The increase does not include Whitecaps recent Dodsland Viking light oil acquisition.
