Magnolia Petroleum Increases Credit Facility

On Oct. 22, 2013, the company had agreed to a three-year revolving line of credit with a $5 million nominal value and interest, Magnolia said.

Two loans were combined, the company said.

Osage entered into a new drawdown credit facility with Apollo Investment Corp., the company said.

The senior credit facility was increased by $30 million, the company said.

The financing will be used for working capital, capital expenditures and general corporate purposes.
