The portfolio included 1.1 million square feet at Southfield Park and 800,000 square feet at Fisher Industrial Park in Columbus. Jackie Baker and Lindsey Scully, of Stan Johnson Company's Los Angeles office, represented the buyer, a California-based private investor, and the seller, MS South LLC, in the transaction.
