A stretch of Peachtree just north of Atlanta's newest office and apartment towers continues seeing its own wave of development. Developer Terwilliger Pappas plans to redevelop a little more than 11 acres on the northern fringe of the city at Peachtree Boulevard and Clairmont Road with hundreds of new apartments.

Whole Foods to anchor new Chamblee redevelopment

Whole Foods will build a new store on Peachtree Crossing, an 11-acre redevelopment of the former Oxford Chemical site at Johnson Ferry Road and Peachtree Boulevard in Chamblee. Whole Foods, which is trying to separate itself from other natural food and organic grocery retailers by expanding new stores nationally, has also anchored other new mixed-use projects across metro Atlanta.
