Holly Energy Prices $153MM Public Offering

Net proceeds will be used to repay indebtedness incurred under its credit facility and for general partnership purposes.

LRR Energy is offering 3 million of the units and Lime Rock Resources, LRR Energys sponsor, is offering the other 3 million units.

Net proceeds will be used to purchase the portion of its 7.625% senior notes due 2013 and 6.875% senior notes due 2018.

The company also granted the underwriter an option to purchase up to an additional 585,000 shares during the next 30 days.

Net proceeds will be used to fund its Eagle Ford acquisition for US $117.5 million.
