The delivery was the first hardware shipment in support of the next-generation GPS ground control stations. It was delivered to Schriever Air Force Base in Colorado, which will house the new GPS OCX Master Control Station.The next step for the team is to install and audit the equipment, as well as to perform information assurance testing, in advance of the program's next milestone -- -- formal customer acceptance of the Launch and Checkout System -- early in 2016.
