Respectively, CSRF0603 and CSRF0402 feature power ratings of 0.25 W and 0.125 and resistance temperature coefficients of ±75 and ±200 ppm/°C. While CSRF0603 is available in resistance values from 5–10 mΩ in 1% tolerance and 75 ppm TCR, CSRF0402 is available in resistance values from 10–15 mΩ in 1% tolerance and 200 ppm TCR. Inherent characteristics of these foil on ceramic carrier current sense chip resistor make them suitable for downsizing portable electronics of all types.
