Agrium Inc. is increasing its quarterly dividend four per cent despite reporting a 26 per cent decline in net earnings to US$50 million or 35 cents per diluted share. The Calgary-based global producer and marketer of fertilizer says the payout will rise to 78 cents US per common share beginning Jan. 21 to shareholders of record on Dec. 31. The Alaska Railroad Corp. is reporting revenue growth of more than 4 per cent in the last fiscal year, despite declines in petroleum and coal shipments. Railroad revenue rose 4.3 per cent between July 2013 and July 2014, the Fairbanks Daily News-Miner reported.
