Utilizing flexible delta-sigma modulator and 2–3 GHz VCO, XR81411 quad-output LVCMOS/LVDS/LVPECL configurable clock synthesizer generates 10–800 MHz frequencies with 4 independent PLLs. Clock outputs have phase noise jitter down to <0.2 psec, and each independent output can be configured to select from 4 different frequency multiplier settings. Supplied in 5 x 5 mm LGA package, each clock synthesizer includes integer/fractional divider that allows output frequency resolution of <2 Hz intervals.
