High-Temp Flexible Line Pipe handles continuous service at 180°F.
2016-03-22 13:31:05| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Offered in pressure ratings up to 3,000 psi and diameters up to 8 in., FlexSteel High-Temp installs with end-fittings and midline connections utilizing swaging process to ensure pipeline integrity under demanding temperatures. Corrosion-resistant, high-temperature liner is strengthened by helically wound steel-reinforced layer, which also lends to flexibility and long-term pressure capability for oil, gas, and water applications. Pipe will not de-rate over time or by application.

Hot Melt Jet Valve and Controller offer high-temp operation.
2016-02-24 14:31:04| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Based on single replaceable diaphragm, TS9300HM Series PUR Hot Melt Jet Valve eliminates dynamic fluid seals common in all other jets. Jetting mechanism is isolated from fluid to ensure contamination-free operation. To minimize cleaning, syringe heater features disposable feed tube. Companion TS930 Controller offers precise fluid management and standalone or remote control operation. PID auto-tuned temperature controllers with RTD sensors maintain uniform temperatures up to 150°C.
Silicone Resin suits room temperature cure, high-temp coatings.

Dow Corning® 2405 Resin helps formulators overcome such limitations as brittleness, poor impact resistance, and film-building constraints associated with resins used to formulate high-temperature-resistant, room-temperature-curing coatings. When catalyzed by titanium compounds, product cures within 60 min at ambient temperature to form medium-hard coating. This methyl methoxy resin, with solventless delivery and tin-free cure, is optimized for flexibility, impact resistance, and film build.
