Supplied in 3.5 x 3.5 mm SMT packages with silicone lenses, VLMU3500-385-060 and VLMU3500-385-120 respectively feature 60° and 120° emission angles and radiant intensity ratings of 730 and 390 mW/sr at 700 mA. LEDs are built on InGaN technology and feature typical radiant power of 780 mW at 500 mA and 1,037 mW at 700 mA in wavelength range of 380–390 nm. Suited for replacement for mercury lamps, these products offer shock resistance and immunity to degradation from frequent on/off switching.

Exhibiting luminous efficacy of 165 lm/W min under Ta=25°C, TL1L4 series (4A5B type) utilizes Gallium Nitride-on-silicon (GaN-on-Si) wafer technology and comes in 3.5 x 3.5 mm lens package. Available CCTs are 6500K, 5700K, 5000K, and 4000K, and CRI is Ra70. Supporting max forward current of 1.5 A at Ta<55°C and Tj<150°C, LEDs can serve such applications as street lights, floodlights, high/low bay lights, base lights, and downlights.
