Specific tasks requirements for this position Since the new webbased environment is a cooperation between SREO at ESAC and SRES at ESTEC, the person providing the service is required to spend time at ESTEC as well. The estimated time is 8 weeks per year. The company service manager is seen to be the only interface for providing the service. It is proposed to have a meeting with the service manager at least every 3 months to review the KPIs mentioned above, adjust KPIs if required and define new KPIs once the first 9 months have passed.
