Input voltage is 8.0 V, with typical current consumption of 35 mA. Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 1.0 MHz and 0.2 MHz/V, respectively. Housed in 0.5 x 0.5 in. SMD package, VCO is suited for digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, and satellite communications systems.
