Operating at 2,500 MHz with 0.0–3.3 V control voltage range, CVCO33CC-2500-2500 features 3.3 V input, and +5 dBm min output, and typical phase noise of -110 dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset. VCO comes in 0.3 x 0.3 in. SMD package that consumes 20 mA typ. Respectively, pulling and pushing are minimized to 5.0 MHz and 1.0 MHz/V, and second harmonic suppression is -20 dBc typ. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
