In response to the Jan. 15 article "CN Railroad no 'problem child, CEO insists", I have to say that Canadian National Railroad is not only the child of a problem, it's the cause of a massive headache. Canadian National Railroad's CEO Claude Mongeau told the Daily Herald that since CN bought the Elgin Joliet & Eastern Railroad in 2008 and has been allowed to have its trains go through Lake County, it has been "a responsible party," but sir, I have to disagree with that.
