Reuters: The European Union needs a leap in the number of electric and hybrid cars on the road over the next decade to succeed in cutting auto carbon emissions significantly by 2025, a British consulting firm found. Four fuel cell hybrid vehicles - advanced (FCHV-adv), on loan from Toyota through 2-year Cooperative Research and Development Agreement, will help NREL enhance its research related to hydrogen fueling infrastructure, renewable hydrogen production, and vehicle performance.
