Syngenta new products aim for $6 billion in sales

Syngenta AG moved to further placate investors upset by the pesticide maker's resistance to Monsanto Co's takeover overtures by announcing a pipeline of new products with sales potential of more than $6 billion. Basel-based Syngenta said it had 15 new and products under developments in crop protection that "will further accelerate value creation and extend the company's industry leading position."
