Summary An opportunity for an experienced propulsion engineer to work onsite at ESTEC for Telespazio VEGA UK in the DTEC Directorate supporting the activities for studies, experimental investigations and engineering developments in advanced propulsion. Qualifications Experience University Masters degree, or equivalent, in aerospace or mechanical engineering with emphasis in space propulsion related subjects. Essential Skills Proven experience in the design, development andor testing of chemical propulsion systems andor components for spacecraft andor launcher applications. A good knowledge of other specialist technological areas involved in space propulsion i.e. materials, thermal, mechanical. Qualities Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team within the boundaries of assigned tasks and a stringent schedule Experience in an international team. Fluency in English. Candidate should also possess very good interpersonal skills, be wellorganised, proactive, selfmotivated and able to work effectively in a matrix structure.
