Agence France-Presse: Fomer French president Nicolas Sarkozy will demand the upcoming UN climate talks in Paris be postponed by several months following a wave of deadly attacks on the city, party sources told AFP Sunday. The French government has said the conference, which begins on November 30, will take place as planned, but one of the party sources said: "Going ahead with it would mean taking unbelievable risks."
