A Fourth Judicial District Court judge last week dismissed a Ouachita Parish woman's lawsuit against a local real estate agent who was accused of defrauding his client. Shane Wooten, Keller-Williams Realty and Parishwide Partners LLC. The plaintiff, Amanda Adcock, sued Shane Wooten and the firm he works for, Keller-Williams Realty, and Parishwide Partners LLC, in October 2012, accusing the realtor of cheating her out of money on the sale of her home after she had filed for bankruptcy.
