Guardian: European consumer groups are pushing for even more stringent emissions targets for cars to keep driving as affordable as possible. The European parliament will hold another committee vote on Tuesday as it continues to thrash out targets for vehicle CO2 emissions for 2020, which would also curb fuel consumption.
