The Market Communication Officer will report to the Head of Communications and support the Communication Officer. Along with contributing to the implementation of the Agencys annual Communication Plan, heshe will be focus on the implementation of a range of tasks in support of EGNSS service, applications, and RD project communication and promotion, in support of the GSA Market Development, Security and Exploitation Departments. Hisher contribution will include the following tasks Organisation and effective implementation of market communication events, including the coordination of the complementary activities, contacts and logistics required to ensure the successful presence of targeted exhibition stands and related activities. Ongoing liaison with external communications contractors as well as relevant communication contacts in relevant organisations and projects in order to ensure the efficient and timely organisation of events, production and distribution of publications, multimedia and other promotional materials. Plan communications activities to disseminate RD results. Implement website and social media updates and maintenance as required. Build and maintain the GSA publication library and mailingtargeted communication lists. Manage the GSA communication materials stock, archive and distribution. Build and maintain a library of presentation materials. Ensure the coherence of the communication channels of the Agency e.g. websites, newsletters, publications, advertisements, presentations, exhibition stands, onsite materials and signage, etc., with respect to the Agencys institutional identity. Provide communication support to the other Departments of the Agency as needed.
