Accsys Technologies signs new Solvay deal

Chemical technology group Accsys Technologies has reached an agreement with Belgium-based chemical company Solvay SA to redefine their existing relationship. Under the terms of the new deal, the London-listed company will double the existing manufacturing capacity at its Arnhem plant in the Netherlands to 80,000 cubic metres per year of Accoya - its wood product - while providing sales and marketing services to Solvay's European business.

BBC: Public support for a strong global deal on climate change has declined, according to a poll carried out in 20 countries. Only four now have majorities in favour of their governments setting ambitious targets at a global conference in Paris.
