Adtran launches Gfast access portfolio for gigabit speeds

(Telecompaper) Adtran has expanded its Software-Defined Access (SD-Access) portfolio with second-generation Gfast products cabable of gigabit speeds. The company said this is the industry's first commercially available Gfast solution able to deliver speeds of over 1 Gbps, comparable to FTTH.
