Of the 21 companies involved in its transactions in the fourth quarter ended Oct. 31, 2015, Hennessy Japan Fund reduced its stakes in 13. Its most noteworthy transaction, however, was its acquisition of a 115,600-share stake in SoftBank Group Corp. , a Tokyo-based telecommunications company with operations in ecommerce, Internet, technology services, financial services and other businesses. The Fund paid an average price of 6,624.28 per share.
