Tewksbury board OKs demolition delay on Pike St. building

The Historical Commission Monday voted to impose a demolition delay on a multi-family building at 108 Pike St., owned by John D. Sullivan, until it has more information. Sullivan wants to raze the building and build six townhouses on the 1.8 acre site, which also currently serves as a contractor's yard.
