Universal Quad Clock (800 MHz) suits complex timing solutions.
2015-02-24 14:30:40| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Utilizing flexible delta-sigma modulator and 2–3 GHz VCO, XR81411 quad-output LVCMOS/LVDS/LVPECL configurable clock synthesizer generates 10–800 MHz frequencies with 4 independent PLLs. Clock outputs have phase noise jitter down to <0.2 psec, and each independent output can be configured to select from 4 different frequency multiplier settings. Supplied in 5 x 5 mm LGA package, each clock synthesizer includes integer/fractional divider that allows output frequency resolution of <2 Hz intervals.

With noise figure levels from 2.5–3 dB typ across entire band, ultra-broadband and millimeter wave low noise amplifiers (LNAs) include 17 unconditionally stable models covering multi-octave bandwidths with flat gain response and GaAs PHEMT semiconductor technology. Features include 50 Ω hybrid MIC circuits enclosed in environmentally sealed metal packages with nickel or gold plating, stainless steel SMA or 2.92 mm connectors, and IP3 levels as high as +42 dBm.
German govt announces 700 MHz frequency auction
2015-01-30 10:44:00| Telecompaper Headlines
(Telecompaper) The German government has formally announced its decision to auction off two blocks of 30 MHz frequencies in the 700 MHz band for mobile broadband. Mobile broadband using this spectrum will be phased in starting from 2017. The auction will take place at the same time as the auction for 900 MHz and 1800 MHz frequencies whose permits expire at the end of 2016. The blocks will be split into lots, each lot consisting of two paired blocks of 5 MHz in the 700 MHz band. Minimum bids will be based on fees set in 2013, namely EUR 75 million per lot.
