Multiband 400 MHz Transceiver suits telemetry applications.
2015-07-01 14:31:06| Industrial Newsroom - All News for Today
Featuring programmable frequency bands and channels, STD-601 comes in SMD, 20 x 32 x 5 mm package and offers communication range of 600 m (LOS) at 10 mW. Frequency bands – 429, 434, 447, and 458 MHz – conform to various ISM bands to allow frequencies to be set within wide range, and transparent user data input allows use of proprietary protocol. Module also offers selectable RF power levels – 1, 5, 10, 20, 25, 50 mW – and data rates: 1,200, 2,400, 4,800, 9,600, and 19,200 bps.

(Telecompaper) Vodafone raised the stakes considerably for the 700 MHz band in the latest day of bidding in the German spectrum auction. On 18 June, It placed the top bids for all six blocks available, worth in total EUR 968 million or more than twice as much as the total price of less than EUR 450 million at the start of bidding on 17 June. Its offers are also well ahead of the reserve price of EUR 75 million for each lot of 2x5 MHz. Bids for the 900 MHz band have also reached nearly three times the reserve price of EUR 75 million per block, with Telefonica making the highest offer of EUR 201.7 million. The 1,800 MHz band has shown the strongest increase compared to the reserve price of EUR 37.5 million, reaching a top bid of EUR 249.1 million from Vodafone for a single block. The total of all highest bids after 172 rounds, including also the spectrum in the 1,800 MHz and 1,500 MHz bands, is now EUR 4.954 billion, according to the Bundesnetzagentur.
High Power Amplifiers cover 150 kHz to 7,500 MHz frequencies.

Covering UHF, VHF, L, S, and C frequency bands, High Power Amplifiers come in 22 models with output power levels greater than 10 W. Solid state 50 Ω hybrid MIC designs use GaN, GaAs, or LDMOS transistor technology that allows gain levels from 40–60 dB. Typical gain variation is ±1.5 dB. Enclosed in environmentally sealed coaxial metal packages, RF amplifiers include models with output P1dB levels from +10 to +50 W and models with output saturated power levels ranging from +40 to +50 dBm.
