For the Philippines' First Supercritical-pressure Coal-fired Power Plant Yokohama, Japan, Dec 9, 2015 - - Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems, Ltd. has received an order for a boiler, a steam turbine and a generator for the San Buenaventura Power Plant, a 500 megawatt supercritical-pressure coal-fired power generation plant to be built by San Buenaventura Power Ltd., a special purpose company , in the Philippines. MHPS will supply the equipment through Daelim Industrial Co., Ltd. of Korea, the company selected to perform engineering, procurement and construction of the plant.

A top AT&T executive is concerned that the FCC's new net neutrality rules, which are now being challenged in court, create an ongoing air of uncertainty for all members of the telecommunications industry ecosystem. Speaking to investors during the UBS 43rd Annual Global Media and Communications Conference, Randall Stephenson, chairman and CEO of AT&T, said the various rulings and challenges on the FCC's order will likely not be entirely sorted out until 2017.
