Device delivers typical output power of +3 dBm while operating off VCO voltage supply of 5 Vdc and drawing 35 mA, and phase locked loop voltage of 3 Vdc while drawing 11 mA. Housed in 0.6 x 0.6 x 0.13 in. PLL-V12N package, synthesizer features 2nd harmonic suppression of -20 dBc and spurious suppression of -65 dBc.
