EGNOS Sytem Security Engineer

Position Reference 004 RHEA Group is currently recruiting for an EGNOS Security Engineer to work on the security aspects of the EGNOS sites. You will be based at GSAs premises located in Toulouse, France. Tasks and Activities As a consultant for our customer, the scope of work will include Provide security support to EGNOS exploitation programme. Provide security engineering support to the preparation, evolution and maintenance of the security accreditation files for EGNOS system and sites. Provide security support to ensure compliance to the established EGNOS security requirements and follow up of the corresponding actions Provide support and technical advice to GSA procurement processes. Support GSA in monitoring its subcontractors on their security related actives to ensure the compliancy of the security requirements. Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are mandatory You have a Masters Degree in the relevant discipline You have at least 3 years of experience in accreditation of critical infrastructures airport, harbour, nuclear centres etc. You have experience with hardware aspect Civil work, Racks, Electronic System for physical security Preferably, you already have some experience in the Space Engineering domain, having worked according to the ECSS standards. Good understanding of risk analysis. EGNOS Sites Engineer

Position Reference 069 RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Sites Engineer to support the EGNOS project at our clients premises in Toulouse, France. Our client is responsible for the provision of the EGNOS sites for the new EGNOS system generation EGNOS V3. In this scope, RHEA Group is looking to reinforce its team looking after the Ranging Integrity Monitoring Stations RIMS in order to evolve from EGNOS V2 to EGNOS V3. Tasks and Activities The scope of work will include a mix of the following tasks Technical support to the procurement of the Hosting Sites services Update of the specific RIMS procurement data package Followup of the Invitation To Tender, including technical review of the received offers Technical management of the Hosting Sites upgrades preparation Definition of the necessary Hosting sites upgrades based on the Hosting sites surveys recommendations Civil works, network, etc... for existing V2 sites Followup of Hosting Sites upgrades activities and development of the new V3 sites Coordination with V3 system design authority for the preparation of the RIMS and deployment activities Coordination with EGNOS Service provider and Hosting entities to minimise the impact on EGNOS V2 operational system Participation to Sites Acceptance process Continuation and followup of Hosting Sites surveys technical management Technical followup of the Hosting Sites Survey, including regular onsite missions and report evaluation Technical followup of complementary Hosting Sites surveys performed by V3 Industry Prime Coordination with EGNOS Service provider to minimise the impact on EGNOS V2 operational system Coordination with the V3 system design authority, which will be involved in the evaluation of the Sites survey reports and in the definition of the CFIs related to hosting sites Skills and Experience The following skills and experience are required You have a University Degree in a relevant discipline You have at least 2 years of experience in one of the following domains Sites management RF environment Civil work and infrastructure Network surveys Procurement and subcontractor management You are organised, motivated and dynamic You are fluent in English C1 You are eligible for an EU security clearance A knowledge of EGNOS would be an asset How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level? Au sein du ple Navigation, vous viendrez renforcer une quipe existante implique sur le projet EGNOS v3. EGNOS European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service est le systme europen damlioration des performances de golocalisation des systmes de positionnement par satellites GPS, GALILEO, GLONASS, BEIDOU. Lutilisation dEGNOS permet de garantir la prcision, la fiabilit et la scurit des signaux des systmes prcdemment cits et devrait principalement tre utilis dans lAviation civile, mais aussi sur Terre et en Mer. Plus prcisment, vous interviendrez sur la prparation aux oprations dEGNOS v3, et ce sur toutes les composantes du systme les stations de rception GNSS, le calculateur de correction, les stations sol et le systme de supervision de lensemble. Votre rle pourra donc tre la dfinition des scnarios oprationnels, lcriture des procdures oprationnelles, la participation au design des interfaces graphiques, ainsi que la participation aux revues internes et externes. Vous serez rattach un Coordinateur dEquipe, mais serez tout de mme en interface directe avec le Client sur le primtre dactivits qui vous aura t dlgu. Vous serez dtach dans les locaux dun de nos Clients, grand industriel du Spatial. Des dplacements ponctuels en Europe sont envisageables dans le cadre de ces activits. Ingnieur de formation ou quivalent universitaire, vous avez une spcialisation en NavigationGNSS ou mcanique spatiale. Vous tes aguerri aux Oprations et souhaiter prendre de la hauteur en anticipant les futures oprations dun systme Spatial complexe OU vous tes un expert EGNOS et dsirez participer la mise en place de sa future version. Dans les deux cas, vous tes attir par les oprations, le design, la rdaction de procdures, Vous avez le sens de lorganisation, tes curieuxse et, dote dun bon relationnel. EGNOS Site Services Engineer

Position Reference 069 RHEA Group is currently recruiting a Site Services Engineer to support the EGNOS project at our clients premises in Toulouse, France. The EGNOS Exploitation relies on the current EGNOS V2 system generation, to deliver a singlefrequency augmentation service to GPS. It is foreseen to introduce shortly after 2020 new multiplefrequency and multiconstellation GPSGalileo augmentation services, relying on a new system generation EGNOS V3. The GSA is therefore preparing the future operations of EGNOS V3, in coordination with ESA which is preparing the EGNOS V3 system developments.
